AI Integration

AI Integration is putting AI into one specific process of a business: from finding a task where AI saves time, through a small working pilot, to checking whether it is worth extending.

AI that does real work.

Not a chatbot for show. We look for specific tasks that take a business time, repeat themselves or needlessly connect people and tools. We design a small pilot, put AI into the current workflow and check whether it delivers real value.

AI integration into the business

How ELSE ARTS approaches AI Integration

We start with the problem. Not the model. First we find out what is really slowing the business down, and only then whether and how AI can help.

The path is always the same: problem, pilot, check and, if it holds, extension. It is not about “buying AI”, but about one process that proves better — or that we leave alone.

We work for small businesses, sole traders and teams of up to about twenty people without their own IT or AI specialist. The owner decides the scope, not a transformation programme.

Where it makes sense

  • processing emails and documents
  • sorting enquiries
  • internal AI assistants over company knowledge
  • drafts for customer support
  • extracting and structuring data
  • administrative workflows
  • connecting the website with internal processes

What AI Integration includes

  • Finding the right processWhich tasks repeat, take time or create errors, and where AI makes sense. Sometimes the answer is that it does not.
  • A small working pilotOne process, a clear scope and a test on real data instead of a large project.
  • Connection to tools and informationEmail, documents, forms, the website and the internal tools the business already uses.
  • Checking the valueTime saved, fewer errors or a faster reply. Only then is extension discussed.

How the work is done

  1. Find. We find a task where AI can realistically save time, work or errors.
  2. Build. Instead of a large project we prepare a small working pilot.
  3. Connect. We connect AI to the tools, information or workflow it needs.
  4. Measure. We check whether the solution really delivers value and is worth extending.

Questions about AI Integration

What is AI Integration at ELSE ARTS?

Putting AI into one specific process of a business. We find a task where AI saves time or errors, build a small pilot, connect it to the tools and check whether it delivers value.

Does ELSE ARTS build chatbots?

Not for show. A chatbot or assistant can be one outcome, but we start with the business problem, not the tool. If AI does not make sense for a process, we say so.

Who is AI Integration for?

Sole traders, tradespeople, creative professionals, local services and small businesses and teams of up to about twenty people, where the owner decides directly and there is no in-house IT or AI specialist.

How much does AI Integration cost?

A small AI Workflow Pilot starts from CZK 14,900 / €599. APIs, licences and paid third-party services are not automatically included. Larger integrations are agreed individually.
